Friday September 12th

• 4:00 pm - Resort Check-in

• 6:30 pm - Event Registration in the ballroom lobby

• 6:30 pm - Connection hour in the ballroom lobby. We will be providing appetizers and an assortment of drinks

• 7:30 pm - Session One

• 9:30 pm - Session Ends

Saturday, September 13th

• 9:30 am - Session Two

• 10:30 am - Break

• 10:45 am - Session Three

• Noon - Free time with your spouse!

Sunday, September 14th

• Free time in the morning

• 11:00 am - Check out

Ted Cunningham will be the only speaker for the 3 main sessions.

Check-in at the front desk begins on Friday, September 12th, at 4:00 p.m. Your reservation is under the first and last name you used to register for the retreat.

Upon check-in, a credit card will be requested and held on file. Your room is paid for, There will be a hold placed to your credit card for incidentals or any other goods/services you applied to your room (such as room service, valet parking, etc.)

Check-In for the retreat will be from 6:30pm-7:30pm at the Tiburon Ballroom. After you have checked-in, feel free to explore the hotel or grab a bite to eat before the first session begins.

Self parking is included in the cost of the retreat, valet parking is $30 per day. Item description

Use of the Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort is included with our stay at the Golf Resort. You can drive your own vehicle, or a shuttle bus operates from 9:00 am - 10:00pm between the two resorts.

• Pool and lazy river - Plan time to relax by the pool, float around the lazy river, or enjoy the water slides on site! There is also a poolside bar and restaurant. Poolside cabanas are also available to rent for an up-charge. 

• Golf - Enjoy a round of Golf at Tiburon Golf Club, host of the PGA Tour’s Grant Thorton Invitational. Tee times can be booked at (239) 593-2200

• Fitness Center - There is a 24-hour fitness center at the resort. 

• Spa - The spa at the Beach Resort is a great splurge. You can call the spa directly at (239) 514-6001 to make your appointment.

• Beach - Umbrellas and Chairs can be rented for $25 per day. You will pay at the stand on the beach. 

• Some amenities and prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Resort property.

No, Calvary Church will not be sponsoring meals at this event. There are several restaurants nearby that accomodate guests at the hotel for meals.

We will not be recording any of the sessions for later broadcast or playback online.

No, childcare at the resort will not be provided by Calvary Church.

All cancellations and requests for refunds for an event must be submitted in writing via email to event personnel. All cancellations will be assessed a $100 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be provided for withdrawals made within thirty (30) business days prior to the event. The last day to cancel will be August 4th, 2025.

If Calvary Church should need to cancel an event, participants will be issued a refund less an administrative processing fee of 20%. In the event of such cancellation, Calvary Church will issue refunds within two (2) weeks of cancellation date to all participants registered.

Transfer of Delegates – A person may change or replace a registered delegate by submitting the request in writing via email to event personnel. The request needs to state the name of the delegate being replaced and the name, address, phone number, and email of the new delegate.

No-Shows – Registered delegates who do not attend event and have not cancelled will not be refunded.
