Penny grew up in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Development. Most of Penny’s corporate career was spent in Human Resources. In 1997, she walked away from the corporate world and started her own business. In January, 2000, the Lord moved her and husband Jerry to Florida where Penny came to know the Lord at Calvary Church and was baptized shortly thereafter. Looking back, she can see the Lord's hand preparing her for the ministry where she currently serves.
